Standing in this ”place of judgement” before the Corinthian authorities, the temple to Aphrodite on the mountain behind him and one to Apollo in front of him, I imagine Paul remembering the Lord’s promise: “Do not be afraid; keep on speaking, do not be silent.” ‭‭(Acts‬ ‭18:9‬)
